1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the baj999 website and any of its associated services — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and crash games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

baj999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All account balances are held in BDT. baj999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which baj999 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed within your account settings at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. baj999 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times for withdrawal requests are typically between one and twenty-four hours, subject to verification requirements and the operating hours of the relevant payment provider.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Any funds deposited using a method that cannot be verified may be withheld pending investigation.
• baj999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before releasing withdrawal funds.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims will result in immediate account suspension and full investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

baj999 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all baj999 promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Dispute Resolution

All bets and wagers placed on baj999 are subject to the individual rules of each game or market, as presented within the game interface or sports betting section at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game or market rules.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
